VIBRA want to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines bellow:

Eligibility for Returns: 

  • Items must be requested within 3 days of delivery. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. 
  • Final sales and promo codes or items, accessories and swimwear are non-refundable.

Refunds and Store Credits:

  • We do not issue cash or card refunds.
  • once your returned is approved and processed, you will receive a store credit. 
  • Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. 
  • Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the costumer. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, with photos, and we'll make it right.
