VIBRA want to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines bellow:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sales and promo codes or items, accessories and swimwear are non-refundable.
Refunds and Store Credits:
- We do not issue cash or card refunds.
- once your returned is approved and processed, you will receive a store credit.
- Shipping fees are NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the costumer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, with photos, and we'll make it right.
